ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days once order is placed, pending approval and merchandise availability. Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are shipped from Fountain Valley, CA and Goodyear, AZ. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
At this time, shocke Doctor can only ship to valid U.S. addresses. Sorry, we do not ship internationally.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge once products are processed and shipped.
